Payment Center. Electric, water, cable, and other types of bills arrive monthly. These are basic needs you can earn from. Depending on the terms, you gain from every transaction you make. Check Western Union, Bayad Center, Expresspay, among others.
Ukay-ukay. Wagwag, as we call it here in Baguio, is another opportunity I strongly suggest you try if you have relatives abroad. They can send you their unused items and you can sell them here. We had an ukay-ukay store before and we got a good income from the branded items. The highest priced item I displayed then was the second hand Under Armour jacket I bought for P180. I was able to sell it for P800.
Rice retailing. Rice is a staple food among us Filipinos. Positioned strategically, this business will give a big income. Apart from a safe storage rood, you also need a hauling truck.
Drugstore. This also requires a bigger capital since you have to invest in your cabinets. You also have to buy your medicines. Until you earn the trust of your suppliers, they can deliver you their medicines on a consignment basis.
T-shirt printing. This is a good one especially if you are creative and you can create designs. You can also take notable quotes from movies or personalities and print them.
